ForgivenessForgiveness: Opening Our Hearts and Moving OnSaturday, March 313:30pm – 5pm $10/$5 students/seniors Forgiveness is a strong and courageous mind that frees us from unnecessary pain. By dwelling on past harm done to us and blaming others, we continue to harm ourselves. Buddha teaches us how to identify the real source of our problems and how to stay relaxed and happy through deeply accepting. Through this wisdom, we can learn to forgive others, let go of the past, and move in the direction of healthy, loving relationships and a happy life.
