Hatha FlowLevel I
Sequences
of linked poses performed slowly with detailed descriptions. Basic breathing techniques are practiced to deepen the breath
and relax the mind and nervous system. Ideal for stiff bodies or those new to yoga.
Hatha Flow Level II
Dynamic
yet meditative yoga flow linking related poses and synchronizing breath and movement. Pranayama practice and meditation.
Vinyasa
Classes
are focused on the dynamic movement of breath and body and infuse spirit, humor, rigor, and music to inspire a sense of ease
and intention for our daily lives. This class is fit for beginners but variations challenge experienced students. A great
introduction to Power Vinyasa, room temperature 85 degrees!
Power
Vinyasa, Hot!
Modeled
on the Ashtanga style of practice. Fun but vigorous, this class is a fitness based approach to Vinyasa style yoga. This full
body workout is designed to increase awareness and concentration, purify body systems, and reduce mental and emotional stress.
Please bring a towel. Suitable for beginners who want a challenge and students with a regular practice.
Hatha Flow Level I&II
Welcome
all students whether you are a beginner or an advanced student. You work at your own pace following the teacher’s constant
guidance. Variations will be suggested to challenge experienced students.
Meditation
A short Pranayama (breathing excercise) will
begin the practice to slow down the "thinking" mind followed by a 30 minute silent Meditation. This mental
discipline is a key to overcoming stress and finding inner peace and balance.

Gentle
Yoga
This class is a slow, gentle restorative class designed for self care, mindfulness,
and ease. Suitable as a prenatal Yoga class.
