Prenatal Yoga - New series begins: Saturday
February 25, March 3, 10,24,31 and April 7 Cost:

payment using the PayPal button. . . Doing prenatal yoga can be a wonderful way to create space
and time for yourself and your baby. The Yogic breathing exercises are very beneficial, teaching you how to breathe
deeply and slowly. In this practice, the student learns how to locate tension in the body and then release it, which
becomes very useful during labor. Yoga brings vitality as your body finds balance and as the circulation of blood and fluids improves. Yoga encourages relaxation, flexibility, and strength
in a gentle way. The practice eases
common discomforts during pregnancy, such as fatigue, back pain, nausea, anxiety, and headaches. Most importantly, Yoga brings a quality of calmness and equilibrium which
will prepare you in a profound way for giving birth.
